Product Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to create exceptional digital experiences through user-centered design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements and user insights into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs for web and mobile applications.

This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and modern design practices. The successful candidate should possess a portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX design work and experience designing web-based platforms such as dashboards, portals, and other digital products.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design

• Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user feedback, and customer needs.
• Conduct user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research methods to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
• Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive dashboards, portals, and digital experiences that balance usability, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Clearly illustrate product functionality and user interactions through design artifacts and prototypes.

Collaboration & Product Improvement

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve product usability and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovative design solutions.

Continuous Improvement

• Modify and improve existing designs to address changing business requirements, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to established design standards, design systems, and UX best practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work across both web and mobile platforms.
• Experience designing web applications, dashboards, portals, or similar digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Experience working within a fintech company is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

Design & Prototyping

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Experience creating responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms.

User Research

• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to synthesize user insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
