Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility and engagement.
Implement SEO best practices to improve video search rankings and discoverability.
Analyze channel metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Audience Engagement

Manage the community by responding to comments and engaging with viewers.
Use analytics to understand audience demographics, preferences, and behavior.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase viewer retention.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, YouTube policies, and platform updates.
Adapt content strategies to leverage new features and stay competitive.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize channel performance.

Requirements

Experience in YouTube content management, social media strategy, and SEO.
