Role Overview:
As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you'll develop and manage high-performing paid search campaigns across multiple industries and client accounts. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in the Google Ads platform with strategic thinking and data-driven decision making to maximize ROI for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Video networks for various client accounts.
- Manage daily campaign operations including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Develop A/B tests to continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Create and maintain conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign effectiveness
- Implement and optimize offline conversion tracking solutions for clients with complex sales cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align ad messaging with broader marketing goals
- Adapt strategies to different industries and business models
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates and digital advertising best practices
- Prepare regular performance reports and present results to clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads certification required
- Agency experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated track record of improving campaign performance and ROI across different industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and data visualization tools
- Experience implementing and optimizing offline conversion tracking
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
- Experience with bid management tools and automated bidding strategies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to clients
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills suited for remote work
