Influencer Marketing Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer and creator partnerships for a fast-growing DTC brand. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of driving growth through influencer marketing and understands how to build scalable creator programs that generate measurable business results.

You will be responsible for identifying high-performing creators, building long-term relationships, coaching influencers to create high-converting content, and optimizing campaigns based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit influencers who align with the brand and target audience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage influencer relationships from outreach and onboarding through campaign execution and ongoing communication.
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation with creators.
• Coach influencers on content direction, messaging, and best practices to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize influencer partnerships based on KPIs such as ROAS, engagement, conversions, and revenue.
• Develop long-term relationships with top-performing creators and identify opportunities to scale successful partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.
• Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience delivering measurable results for DTC consumer brands selling physical products.
• Experience with content creation, preferably as a content creator themselves.
• Strong experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing influencers at scale.
• Experience working with US-based creators.
• Strong understanding of the US consumer market and current trends.
• Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing creator relationships end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work during PST business hours.
