Through in-house production and fulfillment, they strive to create and nurture a vibrant community among their fans, whether through social media via an engaging marketing program or through exceptional email campaigns.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our eCommerce and paid media initiatives for our US-based operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, optimizing paid media campaigns, and enhancing customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) with budgets of $10K-$50K+/mo
- Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and AOV targets—report on performance and iterate constantly
- Design and implement Klaviyo flows (Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.) based on user behavior
- Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, landing pages, and email sequences
- Build weekly performance reports with clear takeaways and next steps
- Collaborate on ad creative (you won't design it all, but you'll guide angles, hooks, messaging)
- Keep landing pages, popups, and lead flows optimized for conversions
- Monitor attribution, customer LTV, and funnel drop-off points using GA4 and email data

- 3+ years managing performance marketing for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Proven experience managing $10K+/mo in Meta and/or Google ad spend
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, AOV, and LTV
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and flow building
- Comfortable writing or optimizing email and ad copy based on performance data
- Strong analytical mindset—you live inside dashboards and performance reports
- Familiar with Shopify, GA4, and conversion tracking best practices
- Organized and proactive: you set goals, track KPIs, and follow through

- Light design or editing skills (Canva, Figma, or working with UGC)
