We're looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who thrives on performance data and loves optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You'll manage and scale multiple ad accounts across Google platforms — including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — while collaborating closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for clients
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Optimize ad performance and budgets & monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test ad variations and improve performance.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
Develop and present clear performance reports with optimization recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, attribution changes, and AI-driven optimization tools.
Provide detailed reporting and analysis & develop reporting systems and processes
Provide strategic guidance on Google Ads initiatives

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max), ideally for commerce, software
Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and scaling paid media for eCommerce, SaaS, or info product clients.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution models.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with AI-based ad optimization tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Madgicx, or similar).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong communication skills.
