We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while managing key operational tasks within the e-commerce and content creation space. This role involves executive support, coordination with content creators (UGC pipeline), and assistance with various business operations. With potential for growth, this position may evolve into a leadership role, overseeing content management and broader company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, email filtering, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Assist in preparing for board meetings, managing documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Oversee and manage communication with User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring smooth coordination and timely submissions.
- Develop efficient workflows and maintain organized records for content and operational management.
- Train and mentor future content managers as the team expands.
- Handle other administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in an e-commerce-related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
