We're hiring a full-time Content Marketing Manager and Producer to execute the marketing project across YouTube and Instagram for a US-based client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and can balance content strategy, production supervision, and hands-on execution.

You'll work closely with a video editor and other creative team members (e.g., graphic designers) to manage content workflows, from raw footage to final publishing. You will get the initial videos; your job is to take it from there, editing coordination, writing compelling captions and titles, uploading, and managing publishing schedules. This is not a purely managerial role. You will be writing, editing, and posting, so strong copywriting and marketing execution skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the content lifecycle for YouTube and Instagram—from raw footage to live post
Manage timelines and collaborate with the video editor and graphic designers to ensure smooth content production
Write and upload compelling captions, titles, and descriptions that align with the brand voice and maximize reach
Ensure posts are optimized for engagement and meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., tags, copyright, thumbnails)
Schedule and publish content consistently on YouTube and Instagram
Work closely with the client to align content with ongoing marketing initiatives
Bring a creative and strategic lens to content projects, ensuring each post contributes to broader marketing goals

Requirements

Proven experience managing YouTube and Instagram content for brands or creators
Strong copywriting skills with a clear, engaging tone—portfolio in English required
Hands-on experience with uploading and optimizing content on YouTube Studio and Instagram
Experience collaborating with video editors and graphic designers
Proactive and organized, with a marketing mindset and attention to detail
Available to work full-time on US hours
Ability to drive projects forward independently while communicating clearly with all stakeholders
Strong fluency in written and spoken English
