Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Web3) with experience building modern web applications and scalable backend systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining products that incorporate Web3 functionality such as wallet integrations, transaction flows, and on-chain/off-chain interactions.

This is a globally distributed team, and you will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product partners across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used at scale
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and blockchain components
• Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, and settlements
• Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed systems
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices and architectural direction

Who You Are

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with exposure to Web3 systems
• Experience building across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers, with ownership of end-to-end systems
• Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies such as wallet integrations, dApp development, RPCs, or payment/settlement flows
• Familiarity with DeFi concepts such as exchanges, swaps, lending, or trading systems

Experience with some of the following:

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
• Backend: Node.js, Go, Java, C#, or similar
• Smart contracts: Solidity or equivalent
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and security considerations in distributed systems
• Experience building scalable, reliable systems with monitoring and observability
