Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own features from concept to deployment. This is a tech-agnostic position where your ability to design scalable systems, adapt to different technologies, and collaborate across teams is more important than deep expertise in one specific stack.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain core systems that support millions of transactions
• Work closely with product, design, and operations to solve customer problems at scale
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performant under high load
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to defining best practices
• Contribute across multiple areas of the stack, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and frontend

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong skills in system design, data modeling, scalability, and testing
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Node.js, Python)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and QA
• Experience in finance, payments, or other high-volume transactional systems is a plus
