Head of Marketing
Location: Remote (US)
Job Type: Full-time
About Us
We’re a venture-backed FinTech startup building modern payments infrastructure for B2B commerce. Our platform helps merchants, marketplaces, and manufacturers offer flexible payment terms, real-time underwriting, and instant settlement. Today, B2B trade still relies heavily on legacy processes like paper invoicing and manual reconciliation. We’re here to fix that.
Founded by former engineers and product leaders from some of the top names in FinTech, we’re backed by tier-one investors and work with some of the fastest growing platforms in wholesale, logistics, and eCommerce.
About the Role
We’re hiring our first Head of Marketing to build the function from the ground up. You’ll own the strategy and execution across all marketing activities, with a focus on pipeline generation, brand positioning, and supporting go-to-market efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys early-stage chaos, loves solving ambiguous problems, and is ready to have a measurable impact on revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute our marketing strategy across brand, product, content, and demand generation
- Partner with the founders, Sales, and Product to craft positioning that resonates with CFOs, heads of operations, and procurement leads
- Build core marketing programs and infrastructure from scratch, including CRM, analytics, lifecycle email, and website content
- Launch high-quality campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels
- Lead content strategy and production to educate our buyers and support sales enablement
- Own all marketing metrics and reporting, and iterate based on what works
- Build out the team by hiring key roles or managing trusted freelancers and agency partners
What We’re Looking For
- 6 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, or SaaS
- Proven success in early-stage environments where you built something from zero
- Experience driving measurable pipeline in a technical, sales-assisted motion
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how to influence them through content and campaigns
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong comfort working cross-functionally and owning outcomes with minimal oversight
Why Join Us
- Competitive compensation and early-stage equity
- Remote-first culture with optional access to offices in New York and San Francisco
- Opportunity to define the marketing vision at a company solving a huge, overlooked problem
- Smart, low-ego team with strong backing and a clear product-market fit
