We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our remote team. This is a full-time role focused on managing social media accounts for e-commerce brands and local businesses. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at content planning, writing compelling copy, and growing brand presence organically across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client social media accounts with a focus on content creation, posting, and organic growth.
- Develop and maintain content calendars tailored to each client’s goals, tone, and audience.
- Develop the content strategy and plan out each piece of content that truly fits the brand and resonates with its audience.
- Write engaging copy for posts, captions, and hashtags across various platforms.
- Create high-quality visuals for posts using templates or design software, maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor account performance, produce monthly report on account organic performance, and adjust strategy based on insights and platform trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to align on campaign messaging and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
- Short form video creation and editing are a strong plus, especially for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for clients or brands, ideally in e-commerce and local business sectors.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically through strategic content and engagement.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe, Canva or other tools to create content.
- Familiarity with video editing or creation tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency in delivery.
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote, time-tracked environment.
This is a full-time position (9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday, your local time).
