Company Overview
We’re a results-driven digital marketing agency. We need a Project Manager who owns day-to-day delivery, keeps projects on time/budget/scope, and ensures a smooth client experience from kickoff to reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content, and CRO from kickoff to close.
- Build timelines, assignments, and dependencies in Asana; track status, blockers, and approvals.
- Run client status calls, capture decisions/risks, and maintain clear expectations and documentation.
- Coordinate tasks with strategy, creative, media, and analytics; secure inputs and assets on schedule.
- Monitor scope, budget burn, change requests, and risks; escalate early with options.
- Maintain organized project docs (briefs, SOWs, schedules, reports) and ensure on-time deliverables.
- Report progress, KPIs, and next actions to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
- Advanced Asana expertise (templates, portfolios, custom fields, automations, forms, workload).
- Hands-on digital marketing project experience delivering agency campaigns (SEO/PPC/Social/Content/CRO etc).
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years project management in an agency or marketing environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation.
- Proven track record of on-time delivery, scope control, and risk management.
- Comfortable with briefs, schedules, budgets, and post-mortems; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards and common marketing tools is a plus.
