We’re looking for a Paid Growth Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of e-commerce growth strategies, ROAS-driven media buying, and creative testing.
You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our DTC e-commerce brand by managing ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, Pinterest, and more.

Location/Reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social & Search Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, CTV, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop data-driven audience targeting strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Work with designers and content teams to source and develop high-converting ad creatives (static, video, carousel, UGC).
- Provide data-backed recommendations for creative iterations based on ad performance.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key paid media KPIs, providing regular performance reports.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal analytics to measure attribution and campaign effectiveness.
Growth & Innovation
- Research and test new ad platforms (e.g., Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads, programmatic).
- Implement whitelisting & influencer-led paid media strategies to boost credibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on DTC e-commerce trends and algorithm changes to refine strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC, Shopping, Display, PMax), TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of iOS14 privacy changes, first-party data collection, and server-side tracking (CAPI, GA4).
Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to interpret ad performance data and make quick optimizations.
- Experience with UGC-driven ad strategies, DPA (Dynamic Product Ads), and performance creative best practices.
- A/B testing expertise (ad copy, creatives, landing pages).
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Proactive & self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven e-commerce environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Klaviyo, SMS marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, organic social, and influencer partnerships.
- Experience with apparel brands
