Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced Nuvolo Developer who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and is passionate about building innovative workplace and facilities management solutions.
• The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on expertise with the Nuvolo platform, a solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, and the ability to design and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• This role requires proficiency across modern web technologies, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements—spanning retail operations, facility management, and IT Service Management (ITSM)—into effective technical outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of total experience in software development with 3+ years of Nuvolo and ServiceNow Development and 3+ years of Retail industry.
• Strong expertise in the Nuvolo platform and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience working with Facility Management, ITSM, or Retail Operations Systems (e.g., POS, Inventory, Store Operations).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design innovative, scalable solutions.
