POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a hands-on Applied Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and production deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Analytics & Technology Leadership team, the consultant will solve complex business challenges by bridging business requirements with data engineering infrastructure to deliver production-ready machine learning models and generative AI prototypes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to define key operational challenges and architect targeted AI/ML solutions.

• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and predictive statistical modeling to establish baseline performance.

• Design, build, validate, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production cloud environments.

• Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to build rapid proof-of-concepts.

• Oversee continuous MLOps practices, model performance monitoring, feature drift validation, and iterative retraining schedules.
