Sr. Director of Brand Marketing

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll guide the development of innovative, integrated marketing strategies that grow our brand, drive guest engagement, and deliver strong business results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to shape brand strategies into growth-focused marketing initiatives, leveraging market insights to capture segment and daypart opportunities.
• Lead and inspire internal teams and agency partners, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns that seamlessly integrate traditional, digital, and in-restaurant channels.
• Oversee menu strategy and culinary development briefs, leveraging consumer insights to guide innovation and evaluate launch viability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Design, Field Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure consistent, impactful brand storytelling.
• Build and manage brand partnerships and growth initiatives that elevate the P.F. Chang’s experience.
• Mentor and develop a team of senior-level marketers, fostering collaboration and accountability while supporting long-term career growth.
• Monitor brand performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future programs.
• Ensure all programming is executed on-time and on-budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of brand marketing experience; strongly prefer restaurant or hospitality industry experience.
• Proven track record leading teams (3+ years minimum leadership experience).
• Experience in product (menu) development, advertising, and brand communications.
• Creative thinker with passion for food, hospitality, and building iconic brands.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

• Primarily remote with periodic on-site presence. Candidates may work remotely within the United States for up to 12 months, after which residence in the Greater Phoenix metro area is required.
• Occasional travel (up to 25%)
