About the Role
This role operates across a group of companies and brands, supporting performance visibility and decision-making at both individual brand level and group level.
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded Sales & Marketing Intelligence Manager to take full ownership of all sales and marketing data for our growing business. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our marketing and sales teams.
You will be the single source of truth for performance reporting, ensuring we always understand what is working, what is not, and why.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics
- Monitor and analyse website performance using GA4
- Report on campaign performance (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, paid media)
- Track core metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR and funnel performance
- Identify trends, issues and opportunities across channels
Sales Performance Reporting
- Track lead volumes, quality and conversion rates
- Analyse pipeline performance and sales efficiency
- Report on salesperson performance and close rates
- Provide forecasting insights and trend reports
Data Management & Reporting
- Own and optimise our existing data infrastructure, including marketing and sales data feeds into our central data warehouse
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar)
- Automate reporting systems where possible
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights
- Provide recommendations, not just numbers

Required Skills & Experience
**Platform Environment (current stack):
- Marketing and sales data pipelines centralised in a cloud-based data warehouse
- Reporting and analysis driven directly via SQL for full data control and flexibility
Must-have:
- Strong SQL capability for building custom queries, views and performance reports
- Proven experience working with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)
- Ability to design data structures for reliable analytics

- Understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking
Highly desirable:
- SQL or BigQuery experience
- Tag Manager and attribution modelling
- CRM reporting experience (HubSpot or similar)

- 3–6+ years experience in analytics or performance reporting
- Experience supporting marketing and sales teams with data insights
- Strong critical thinking and ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
