We are seeking a Paid Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication - with proven experience in:
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns to achieve performance goals
- Creating effective ad copy and visuals tailored for different audiences and platforms
- Setting up conversion tracking, analytics dashboards, and clear reporting processes
- Defining realistic monthly KPIs, tracking results, and producing insightful performance reports
The GOALS for this position is to:
- Drive qualified candidates to the site who sign up and create free profiles
- Generate consistent job postings from hiring managers through paid channels
- Grow our social following and engagement through effective paid campaigns
- Increase re-engagement and return visits through data-driven remarketing & retargeting
Required skills:
- 7+ years of experience growing brands through paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Proven hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social
- Deep understanding of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and creative direction for ads and landing pages
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creation
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing performance-driven campaigns
