We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:
- A minimum of two digital marketing channels
- Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns
- Creating, setting up and optimizing paid and social campaigns to hit goals
- Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports
The GOALS for this position is to:
- Ensure Qualified Candidates that come to the site, sign up and create a free profiles
- Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis
- Grow our social following
- Grow our organic visitors from various search engines
- Increase re-engagement on the site
- Improve stickiness onsite to bring back visitors
Required Skills:
- 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Hands-on Expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO
- Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.)
- Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
- Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
- Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
