Lead Data Scientist – AI & ML Innovation

Oxygen Digital have exclusively partnered with global SaaS leader transforming AI integration at scale. We’re looking for a hands-on Data Scientists to drive high-impact AI/ML initiatives with autonomy and technical excellence.

You will be joining their global R&D team with a key focus on shaping the future of AI-driven solutions. In this role, you'll develop best in class AI solutions for complex challenges, including IIoT, predictive maintenance, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimisation. You'll build efficient ML pipelines, expand algorithmic capabilities, and drive AI innovation across their products.

Your expertise in business processes and data-driven problem-solving will be key in designing scalable, high-performance solutions. If you're skilled in AI, machine learning, and production-ready ML pipelines, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop high-value AI/ML opportunities.
• Guide AI/ML strategy, providing expert insights into trends, estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design, build, and scale end-to-end data science solutions, from proof of concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineers, architects, and product managers—to deliver cutting-edge ML models.
• Act as an AI/ML thought leader, presenting at conferences, leading webinars, and contributing white papers and blogs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on data science experience with a strong track record of successful projects.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML solution development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Cloud ML solutions at scale using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of advanced statistical modeling, Python, and key ML libraries.
• Familiarity with ML experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Strong background in MLOps, software engineering, and infrastructure.
• Experience with generative AI frameworks (RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and tools (MS tooling, Co-Pilot Studio, Prompt Flow, Kedro).
• Proficiency in pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, and Argo.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for AI innovation.
