About the role

We are growing and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive our full marketing engine across three distinct markets: Hong Kong, the UAE, and Singapore.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You've worked across multiple markets before and you know how to adapt campaigns, messaging, and community strategies to different audience contexts — without losing brand coherence. You'll own the day-to-day delivery of integrated 360 campaigns across digital and offline channels, and work closely with our Director of Growth and Marketing to turn strategy into measurable enrollment results.

What you'll do

360 campaign execution

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital (paid social, SEM, email, organic social) and offline (events, school visits, community activations) in HK, UAE, and Singapore
  • Own the campaign calendar end-to-end across all three markets — briefing, production, scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting
  • Adapt content and messaging for each market's audience — international school families in Singapore, premium expat communities in Dubai, and HK's competitive education landscape — while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Manage creative assets, copy approvals, and publishing schedules across all channels and markets

Performance & conversion

  • Track and optimize KPIs across all channels and markets — CPL, conversion rate, enrollment, and ROAS
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns with a sharp focus on lead quality and enrollment conversion
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards; present weekly results to the Director of Growth and Marketing
  • Continuously A/B test creative, copy, and channels to improve conversion rates and drive down acquisition costs across each market

Channel & project management

  • Brief, manage, and quality-control external agencies, freelancers, and content creators across markets
  • Track campaign-level spend, flag overruns, and reallocate budget based on performance by market
  • Coordinate with the sales and partnerships team to align campaigns with enrollment cycles and outreach activity
  • Maintain an organized content and asset library across all markets and channels

Community & partnership support

  • Activate relationship-driven marketing through parent networks, international school communities, and expat family groups across HK, UAE, and Singapore
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and offline activations that create premium brand experiences for families
  • Support the Director with education consultant and referral partner co-marketing initiatives in each market

What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • 3–6 years in marketing with proven, hands-on experience running 360 campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Experience working across multiple markets — you understand how to adapt strategy, messaging, and community engagement for different cultural and audience contexts
  • Demonstrated track record of driving conversion and enrollment — not just awareness or reach
  • Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running simultaneous campaigns across multiple markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be engaging premium international school families, education consultants, and partners
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and relevant paid media tools
  • Data-driven mindset — you speak in CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates, not just impressions
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones with a high degree of self-direction and accountability

Strongly preferred

  • Background in education, EdTech, premium youth programs, camps, or enrichment — you understand how parents make decisions about their children's development
  • Direct experience marketing in Hong Kong, UAE, or Singapore — familiarity with international school ecosystems, expat parent communities, and premium family audiences in these markets
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external vendors across different geographies
  • Existing relationships within parent communities, school networks, or education consultant ecosystems in any of these markets
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Arabic — a strong advantage for deepening engagement in HK and UAE respectively
  • Working knowledge of China-market platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) — useful for the HK market

You're based in the Philippines, experienced working remotely with regional and international teams, and you bring the discipline and communication skills to thrive in a high-trust environment where you own your results.
