The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience of a product that genuinely changes lives. You’ll craft intuitive, empathetic, and impactful digital experiences that guide users on their weight loss journey - from first engagement to long-term success.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and medical experts to transform complex health concepts into simple, delightful, and effective interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process - from user research and ideation to final delivery.
• Define and evolve the product design vision, ensuring a cohesive experience across mobile and web.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user motivations, barriers, and behaviors.
• Translate behavioral and medical insights into user-centered, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and clinical teams to deliver world-class design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that make complex health journeys simple and engaging.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Leverage data and feedback to refine designs, improve engagement, and optimize user outcomes.
• Champion design thinking and empathy across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in digital health, wellness, or consumer tech.
• Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating mobile-first product design and measurable impact.
• Expertise in Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into elegant user experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon (remote-friendly within the region).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing for healthtech, telemedicine, fitness, or nutrition apps.
• Exposure to behavioral design, gamification, or habit formation frameworks.
• Previous startup or high-growth environment experience.
• Bonus: motion design or low-code tool experience (Webflow, Framer, Bubble).
