About the Role
The role of the is responsible for the customer experience and design manager will be in creating, delivering and measuring effective, engaging marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid media, social, display advertising and SEO. Working in close partnership with our Head Of Content you will be accountable for creating and executing strategies for a number of different clients; consumer health, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and other healthcare businesses.
This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced environment, and is able to adjust tactics to deliver required results.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to
join our award-winning health marketing agency. You will be responsible for
planning and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns for our
pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels including website, social media, paid search, display, and more
Collaborate with creative, UX, and development teams to produce engaging digital experiences optimised for target healthcare audiences
Manage campaign budgets, set KPIs, report on performance, and identify optimisation opportunities
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing and UX design trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
Ensure digital activities comply with relevant healthcare marketing regulations and codes of practice
Requirements:
5 + years experience managing digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
Strong working knowledge of digital platforms and UX principles
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach
Up-to-date with healthcare marketing compliance and regulations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical experience highly desired
