What You'll Own
Brand consistency & design systems
- Improve and maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, and templates so everything from a ads visuals to a retail display feels like one brand.
- Regularly audit all touchpoints (website, marketplaces, packaging, retail, social, email) and close any consistency gaps.
- Be the final eye on outbound creative, the "does this look 100% OVER?" check before anything ships.
Product & packaging design
- Design packaging across the full product range so it reads as one cohesive family while giving each product its own distinct identity.
- Create original patterns, colorways, and graphic treatments for upcoming bottle launches.
- Partner with product development on how designs translate onto physical product (materials, print, finishes).
Campaign & marketing design
- POSM for retail outlets and events.
- Email marketing / EDM design in the OVER visual system.
- Product visuals for the website and marketplace listings.
- Event posters and on-ground collateral.
- Vouchers and assets for collaborations and partnerships.
- Supporting ad and social visuals for campaigns.
Collaboration & direction
- Brief, direct, and quality-check freelance designers, turning their output into on-brand, ready-to-ship work.
- Work day-to-day with the in-house marketing team on campaign and content needs.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on overall creative direction.
What Success Looks Like
- First 15 days: Fluent in the OVER brand system; shipping day-to-day collateral confidently.
- First 30 days: Brand guidelines documented and tightened; a smooth briefing-and-review workflow running with freelancers.
- First 45 days: Leading packaging, pattern, and colorway work for a bottle launch end-to-end; a visible lift in consistency across every channel.
- Ongoing: Cross-channel brand consistency, fast and reliable design turnaround, launch-ready assets on time, and freelance output that meets our standard.
What we're looking for
- A strong, demonstrable eye, a portfolio or reel that shows you understand mood, composition, and aesthetic restraint
- Able to internalize a brand's visual language and execute it consistently without constant oversight
- Strong communicator, can take a loose vision in conversation and turn it into a clear shot plan others can follow
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Ability to create patterns, colorways, and reusable design systems.
- Hands-on with AI creative tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) and able to fold them into a real production workflow
