We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Web UX & UI Designer to drive and shape the user experience of our customer-facing website. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role will focus on crafting best-in-class web experiences that align with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and the wealth of content we’ve developed. You’ll play a vital role in designing seamless, engaging journeys across the website, marketing landing pages, and other hubs to attract new customers and increase existing customer revenue.

In addition to shaping the overall web experience, you will also be responsible for managing design requests from across the business to support marketing campaigns, ensuring these are prioritised, briefed, and delivered to a high standard. You will also oversee and mentor a Web Designer, ensuring alignment, quality, and growth in their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Journey Mapping:

  • Design and map end-to-end user journeys across digital touchpoints.

  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to bring concepts to life and validate with stakeholders.

  • Develop intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for the website, landing pages, and customer engagement hubs.

  • Leverage research, insights, and data to optimise journeys and inform design decisions.

  • UI Design & Creative Direction

  • Translate brand and creative direction into high-quality UI designs that are visually consistent, modern, and impactful.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the brand marketing team to ensure digital interfaces embody the company’s brand identity and creative standards.

  • Deliver polished design assets, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape design solutions that serve both users and business goals.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented to a high standard.

  • Manage incoming design requests from marketing and other business functions, ensuring they are clearly scoped, aligned with campaign objectives, and delivered efficiently.

  • Prioritise and balance ad-hoc campaign design needs alongside strategic web projects.

  • Data-Driven Improvements:

  • Partner with Insights & Optimisation colleagues to interpret user behavior, heatmaps, and testing results.

  • Propose and implement iterative enhancements to improve usability, conversions, and overall customer experience.

  • Framework & Process Excellence:

  • Contribute to a best-in-class UX/UI framework with guiding principles, reusable components, and design processes.

  • Document and share design systems, supporting consistency and efficiency across projects.

  • Champion best practices in UX and UI, from journey mapping and prototyping to user testing and visual design refinement.

  • Establish clear workflows for handling campaign-related design requests, from intake to delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Line manage and mentor the Web Designer, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

  • Ensure the Web Designer’s output meets brand, UX, and campaign standards, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Best-in-Class Standards:

  • Ensure all designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual quality.

  • Maintain a balance between creative innovation and functional, conversion-driven design.

Tools & Software

You would be proficient and experienced with tools such as the following (but not limited to):

  • Figma (interactive prototypes and collaborative design).
  • Miro (for journey mapping and diagramming).
  • FullStory (heatmaps and behavior tracking).
  • Accessibility tools for web color contrast compliance and accessibility testing.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating customer-facing digital experiences (B2B or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong skills across both UX (journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, testing) and UI (visual design, brand translation, high-fidelity mockups).
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, and brand/creative teams.
  • Skilled at leveraging behavioral data and analytics to inform design improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaign-driven design requests alongside long-term strategic projects.
