Position Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

Work Arrangement: Remote - India

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Contract) to drive the development of core product capabilities across our modern cloud-based platform.

This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role focused on building scalable backend services and modern web applications that directly support mission-critical emergency operations. You will contribute to architectural decisions, deliver production-grade solutions, and help lift engineering quality across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using C# and .NET on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Develop and maintain APIs and distributed services supporting real-time operational data
• Contribute to system design and architectural decision-making

Cloud & Platform Delivery

• Implement and optimise cloud-native services across GCP
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of production systems
• Apply best practices for cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment

Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code aligned to engineering standards
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver

customer-focused outcomes

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Diagnose and resolve complex production and performance issues
• Proactively identify areas for technical improvement and system resilience
• Evaluate new technologies where they add measurable value

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• 8+ years professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET backend development
• Proven experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving delivery environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
