We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, internal communications, and event programming. This role is critical in keeping our team aligned, our timelines on track, and our output polished and effective. You'll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to help bring campaigns, events, and brand moments to life.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Maintain and track project timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing workstreams
- Manage internal marketing calendars and deadlines
- Support the planning and execution of company events and campaigns
- Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to move projects forward Communications & Content Support
- Help prepare internal communications (team newsletters, announcements,
meeting agendas)
- Draft and edit supporting marketing materials and decks as needed
- Organize and maintain shared marketing documents and files
Event Logistics & Execution
- Support the coordination of event logistics, including schedules, travel arrangements, and venue details
- Track speaker, sponsor, and partner deliverables
- Assist with registration, signage, swag, and post-event follow-up
- Support communications around internal and external events
Marketing Operations
- Assist with asset management, approvals, and routing processes
- Support promotional workflows, including social, email, and PR coordination
- Monitor task completion and support efficiency across the department
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a marketing, project coordination, or event support role
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Monday.com (or similar project
management tools), and Slack
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
- A hunger for growth, eager to learn, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Nice To Have
- Experience in media, advertising, or podcasting
- Familiarity with event production and logistics
- Comfort creating polished presentation materials
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills
- Comfortable with and able to use basic AI softwares like ChatGPT, meeting transcribers, etc.
- An eagerness to look for ways to improve our current processes
