As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll work behind the scenes to help our Doers troubleshoot, problem-solve, and power through everything from funnel fixes to email flows. You’ll use your technical expertise across a wide range of marketing tools to guide Doers, improve outcomes for Founders, and keep the machine running smoothly.
This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business. We operate 24/7, and your ability to jump in when needed makes all the difference.
What You’ll Do
You'll be the first point of support when Doers are stuck, confused, or facing tool-based issues. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering real-time queries from Doers via internal chat
- Troubleshooting issues in tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more
- Assisting in Founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
- Creating how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
- Collaborating with DSLs, CX, Training, and QA teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
- Identifying common roadblocks and recommending internal training or process updates
What You’ll Need
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
- Familiarity with at least 5 of the following:
- Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
- Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving
- Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
- Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress)
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
