About the Role
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Specialist from INDIA with expertise in public relations, copywriting, and targeted communications for a 6-month contract role. You’ll drive content and social media execution, craft impactful messaging, and ensure brand consistency across channels during a key parental leave period. Key Responsibilities
- Content Execution: Deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across a range of formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and website copy.
- Strategic Alignment: Implement content tactics that align with broader marketing and communications strategies.
- Copywriting & Messaging: Craft sharp, effective copy that resonates with targeted audiences and supports both marketing and PR efforts.
- Social Media Contribution: Create content tailored for social platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and strategically aligned across all touchpoints.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure content performance, optimise based on insights, and report outcomes.
- SEO Integration: Ensure all content is search-optimised to support organic growth and visibility.
- Brand Voice: Uphold and evolve our brand voice to ensure consistency across all content.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, copywriting, targeted communications, or content marketing, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven ability to craft compelling, audience-specific content that supports both brand awareness and business objectives.
- Strong copywriting, messaging, and editing skills, with a sharp eye for clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Solid understanding of PR strategy, media engagement, and reputation management.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, content performance tracking, and organic growth strategies.
- Proficient with content management systems, analytics tools, and key social platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in tech, B2B, or other fast-paced marketing environments.
- Experience creating thought leadership content or managing executive voice.
- Familiarity with brand voice development and editorial style guides.
