About the Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online marketing efforts and enhance our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in content creation, social media management, and video marketing. This role will work closely with our internal marketing team to execute strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in content creation, including short-form video content, graphics, and written posts that align with our brand messaging.
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align efforts with existing branding and resources.
- Stay up to date on trends in social media, legal marketing, and digital strategy, making recommendations to enhance our approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media content creation and strategy.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, including their advertising and analytics tools.
- Experience in video marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with an internal team.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with law firms or professional services industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal and employment law content or the ability to learn industry-specific nuances.
