OutScout is partnered with a payroll FinTech company looking to fill a Senior Growth Marketing Manager position to accelerate their self-serve go-to-market motion.
Their platform simplifies household payroll and taxes for families employing nannies, housekeepers, and other caregivers, making it affordable, easy, and stress-free. They handle complex processes like tax filings, payments, and compliance through a user-friendly, reliable, and transparent platform.
This person will report to the Head of Marketing and will be critical in optimizing conversion funnels, improving customer acquisition, and driving scalable growth through a data-driven approach. You will lead experimentation across digital channels, leveraging A/B testing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to refine and enhance the customer journey.
This role requires a highly analytical and technical marketer who is comfortable working with various marketing and analytics tools. You should be an effective communicator, able to collaborate seamlessly with technical teams to implement changes that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
