Job description:

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Game Designer to lead the pre-development stage of our games. You will take high-level concepts and turn them into fully realized game scenarios, mechanics, and interactive prototypes in Figma or Unity.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our strategy team before developers touch any code, creating the game’s blueprint from player flow to interface design. Once your designs are finalized, you’ll work with the developers to ensure seamless implementation.

As our lead game designer, you’ll have the creative freedom to shape our projects, the responsibility to deliver production-ready designs, and the opportunity to grow into a top-earning, performance-rewarded position.

Key Responsibilities Concept & Scenario Creation

• Work with the strategy team to design core gameplay loops, progression systems, and scenarios.
• Create detailed game design documentation for development reference
• Define the visual style and thematic direction for each project.

Pre-Development UX/UI Design

• Build complete, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma or Unity.
• Design menus, HUDs, onboarding flows, and controls tailored to the target platform.
• Conduct internal playtests to validate gameplay feel before development.

Developer Collaboration

• Handoff fully packaged designs to developers with clear integration instructions.
• Review and approve implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Work with QA to refine UX/UI post-implementation.

Cross-Platform Optimization

• Adapt designs for iOS, Android, and PC.
• Ensure responsive layouts and platform-specific interaction patterns.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong portfolio showing full game UX/UI flows and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in Unity and/or Figma.
• Solid understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
• Experience shipping games or major updates.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Preferred:

• Basic Unity scripting for interactive prototypes.
• Experience with monetization-focused design.
• Familiarity with analytics to track player behavior.
