Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to help drive better performance across our SEO and PPC campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and performance marketing.

You’ll be responsible for identifying CRO opportunities, designing strategic improvements, and working closely with our development team to implement and QA those changes. This includes designing wireframes, mockups, and user flows aimed at improving engagement and conversions on landing pages and websites. Attention to detail, a strong understanding of user behavior, and the ability to clearly communicate design rationale are essential.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in CRO strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify CRO Opportunities - Analyze user behavior, site performance, and funnel data to uncover areas for improving conversions across SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Design Conversion-Focused Experiences - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that prioritize clarity, usability, and performance—especially for landing pages and key conversion points.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team - Provide developers with clear design specifications and functionality requirements. Ensure all designs are executed accurately and meet high-quality standards.
  • Own the QA Process - Review completed work from the dev team to ensure it aligns with design intent and functions properly across devices and browsers.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation - Work with internal stakeholders to design, launch, and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to validate design improvements and maximize ROI.
  • Maintain Design Consistency - Uphold brand guidelines and contribute to design systems while continuously evolving site aesthetics and UX for better performance.
  • Communicate Design Strategy - Clearly present ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members, making a strong case for CRO-driven changes.
  • Meetings – Participate in three developer team meetings per week. These meetings begin at 10:00 AM CST and typically run for 15–20 minutes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a performance marketing or agency setting.
  • Proven experience with CRO strategy and execution, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret user data and behavioral patterns to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
