In this role you will

• Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP games.
• Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.
• Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to provide information for design decisions.
• Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms.
• Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members.

What we’re looking for

• A hands-on, creative approach to projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for mobile games—especially casual and hybrid casual genres.
• Deep understanding of game design principles, systems thinking, and behavioral economics.
• Strong understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences.
• Strong balance between creative intuition and analytical thinking.
• Comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to navigate cross-disciplinary areas.
• Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.

Your experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design.
• Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the casual, and/or hybrid casual space.
• Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.
• Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics.
• Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.
