OutClass Nutrition is an all-organic food company that has been selling the highest quality organic protein balls directly to stores and customers. We are seeking highly motivated social media manager to help us expand the brand. We are looking for person who does not just want to ‘push a product', but who want to actually make a difference in the lives of their customers health.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. Additionally, the candidate will engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, while also monitoring and analyzing social media performance to assess and measure success.

What are the requirements for this position?

Strong communication skills and attention to detail, help a small business grow
2-3 years of experience in social media job/creating content for business
Positive attitude, motivated and high energy
Self-discipline and effective time management
Work 2-3 days a week (4 hours per day), work from home
Will need to take high quality photos and video of the product, make engaging video (educational, funny, product sales)
Create post for multiple times a day for all platforms, drive sales to website or Amazon
Seek influencers for all platforms and on Amazon
Values honesty, responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
Strong social media management and content creation experience
Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic video editing and photography skills are preferred
A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
