Out There Media is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Sales Manager to grow our existing performance marketing business and lead new business for an innovative fast-scaling performance marketing initiative.
If you have worked in mobile growth, user acquisition, AdTech or MarTech, if you know what CAC means and how to close high-impact, KPI-driven deals, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-growth apps and digital brands
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Lead onboarding and coordinate smooth campaign launches
- Collaborate with telco carrier teams and campaign management to ensure success
- Track, report and optimize pipeline KPIs using CRM tools
- Run pilot campaigns and support clients through onboarding and scale-up
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in mobile advertising, mobile UA, app marketing, AdTech or MarTech
- Strong understanding of mobile acquisition models (CPI, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience working with or selling to growth-stage app companies or digital agencies
- Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort with targets and KPIs
- European timezone, fluent in English
