We are seeking a talented Shopper Marketing Manager to join our remote team and support the growth of our clients' brands through effective shopper marketing strategies.
Job Summary:
The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing shopper-focused marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility at retail. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including client services, creative, and data analytics to create impactful campaigns tailored to customer behavior and shopping trends. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of retail environments, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and a strong ability to create partnerships with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute shopper marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand engagement at retail.
- Collaborate with clients, retailers, and internal teams to create custom shopper programs that align with client objectives and consumer insights.
- Analyze shopper data and retail trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to develop marketing materials including in-store displays, digital content, and promotional assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize promotional opportunities and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, shopper behaviors, and new technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program results and insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing, preferably in a marketing agency or consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and shopper journey.
- Experience working with retailers and/or CPG brands.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using shopper data and insights to inform strategies.
