OuroNorth owns and operates residential rental properties in the US, including single-family and multifamily homes across short- and long-term rental markets. Our founder also runs marketing for a small group of affiliated US businesses.

We're hiring one full-time person to run and scale paid ad accounts across this portfolio. This is a long-term remote role working directly with the founder.

This is not a task-list job. You own the accounts: you find what's working, fix what isn't, and scale it. We set the goals. You run the work and report back without being chased.

Compensation: LKR 400,000/month, paid monthly.

What you'll do

- Run Google Ads accounts end to end: build, optimize weekly, and scale what works
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Manage HubSpot: pipelines, lead tracking, and syncing conversions back to Google Ads
- Build reporting in Looker Studio
- Build and update landing pages using Claude or WordPress
- Create ad creative in Canva and with AI tools

Must have

- 3+ years hands-on with Google Ads, with results you can show
- Strong Google Tag Manager and GA4 conversion tracking setup
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Highly organized, with daily use of task management software
- Excellent written English
- Able to work US Pacific business hours long-term (roughly 9:30pm to 5:30am Sri Lanka time)

- Experience with US clients or real estate marketing
