About the Role

Ouals Technologies LLP is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and creatively strong Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for international clients, primarily in the United States and Canada.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and creative capability, along with hands-on execution across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing campaigns end-to-end while guiding junior team members and maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Lead and manage SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives, including:
• On-page and technical SEO
• Keyword research and search intent optimization
• AI-driven search strategies (voice search, featured snippets, AI results)
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
• Utilize and manage the Zoho CRM ecosystem for:
• Lead tracking and pipeline management
• Campaign integration
• Workflow automation
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Demonstrate strong creative thinking in campaign ideation, messaging, and problem-solving
• Develop innovative strategies combining data-driven insights with creative execution
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused creatives
• Review and approve deliverables to maintain quality and consistency
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring productivity and performance

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Deep understanding of SEO and AEO (AI-driven search optimization)
• Experience with Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools
• Proven experience in email marketing platforms and automation workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Creative & Strategic Capabilities

• Strong creative thinking ability with a balance of analytical and strategic mindset
• Ability to translate business goals into innovative marketing campaigns and creative concepts
• Good understanding of visual communication, messaging, and user psychology
• Ability to combine creativity with performance marketing to deliver measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US and/or Canadian clients
• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)
• BCA / MCA
• Or a related technical/marketing field
• Candidates with a strong combination of technical knowledge and creative capability will be preferred

• Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
• Strong accountability, ownership, and attention to detail

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
