We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Product/Web Designer who can own our brand identity from the ground up while creating best-in-class user experiences for both our marketing site and SaaS platform.
You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences that align with user needs and market expectations. This role is a unique blend of branding, research, UI/UX design, and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct market and user research to understand our audience, industry trends, and best-in-class design practices.
- Develop and own a cohesive brand identity across our web presence and SaaS product, including logo design, colour palette, typography, visual style and imagery
- Design engaging, user-centric interfaces for both our marketing website and SaaS platform, with consistent branding across both.
- Map out user journeys and flows for various user types and interactions across the platform.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Translate our company values and mission into visual elements and experiences that resonate with users.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and product design.
- Strong grasp of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience conducting and applying user research and competitive analysis to design decisions.
- Ability to develop user flows, journey maps, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Bonus: Experience designing for SaaS products or B2B tech platforms.
