We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Engineering to lead our multi-product engineering teams and shape the future of our technology organization. In this role, you’ll drive technical excellence, inspire high-performing global teams, and play a key part in defining and executing our engineering vision.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visionary leadership across multiple engineering teams, driving strategy, alignment, and execution for our product portfolio.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement throughout the engineering organization.
- Partner with the CTO and executive leadership to develop and deliver against our long-term technical roadmap and business goals.
- Establish and evolve scalable engineering processes, standards, and best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and velocity.
- Champion modern engineering practices and ensure teams are leveraging current tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Build, lead, and grow diverse and distributed engineering teams—recruiting top talent and supporting career development through mentorship and coaching.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, design, support, and implementation teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Lead organizational change efforts to improve engineering productivity and accelerate product development.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and bring new ideas and innovations to the table to keep our products and teams ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Proven success leading global engineering organizations—ideally as a Director of Engineering or in a similar executive role.
- Hands-on experience in software engineering, particularly in SaaS environments.
- A track record of driving large-scale technical and organizational transformation.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate teams and build trust across all levels.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks, and technologies.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

This position offers a base compensation range of $165,000 to $215,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
