We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Engineering to lead our multi-product engineering teams and shape the future of our technology organization. In this role, you’ll drive technical excellence, inspire high-performing global teams, and play a key part in defining and executing our engineering vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visionary leadership across multiple engineering teams, driving strategy, alignment, and execution for our product portfolio.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement throughout the engineering organization.
• Partner with the CTO and executive leadership to develop and deliver against our long-term technical roadmap and business goals.
• Establish and evolve scalable engineering processes, standards, and best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and velocity.
• Champion modern engineering practices and ensure teams are leveraging current tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Build, lead, and grow diverse and distributed engineering teams—recruiting top talent and supporting career development through mentorship and coaching.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, design, support, and implementation teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Lead organizational change efforts to improve engineering productivity and accelerate product development.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and bring new ideas and innovations to the table to keep our products and teams ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Proven success leading global engineering organizations—ideally as a Director of Engineering or in a similar executive role.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, particularly in SaaS environments.
• A track record of driving large-scale technical and organizational transformation.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate teams and build trust across all levels.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks, and technologies.
• A strategic, data-driven mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

This position offers a base compensation range of $165,000 to $215,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may vary from the stated range. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
