eCommerce Brand Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a marketing-first eCommerce Brand Manager, based in India, to build and grow a premium herbal wellness supplements brand for the US market across our DTC website (Shopify) and Amazon/other US marketplaces. This role is about brand building and demand generation, not backend operations — you'll shape how the brand looks, sounds, and sells to US consumers, while working remotely with US-based stakeholders.

Key Resposibilities

• Brand Building — Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and story across the website, Amazon, and social channels
• Marketing Strategy — Plan and execute campaigns (paid social, email/SMS, content, influencer/affiliate) that drive traffic and awareness
• Amazon Growth — Own Amazon brand presence: listing content, A+ pages, PPC campaigns, reviews, and ranking
• Website Merchandising — Manage Shopify product pages, promotions, and campaign landing pages to support marketing pushes
• Content & Creative — Direct product photography, copywriting, and creative assets that reinforce the brand
• Performance Tracking — Monitor revenue, conversion, ROAS, and channel-level KPIs; report insights and recommend next moves
• Market Research — Track competitors and trends in the health/wellness and supplements space to inform positioning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce or brand marketing, ideally DTC, CPG, or health & wellness
• Strong understanding of US consumer behavior, culture, and shopping trends — prior experience building or marketing a brand for the US market is essential
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, specifically on the US marketplace (PPC, listings)
• Strong marketing and storytelling instincts — this is a brand-first role, not just operations
• Excellent written English and comfort creating US-facing copy and content that doesn't read as translated or generic
• Comfortable with performance data (Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Shopify reporting)
• Experience with Klaviyo, paid social, or influencer/affiliate marketing (US audience) a plus
• Interest or background in wellness, supplements, or Ayurveda a bonus
• Able to work hours that overlap with the US team for collaboration and campaign timing
