Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day delivery of Oskar's marketing, working across strategy, campaign delivery, content, and social media as the business scales from its London launch to national coverage. This is a hands-on role for a senior marketer who is as comfortable advising the board on strategy as they are scheduling social media posts, well suited to someone who wants to shape a marketing function from the ground up in an early-stage business.
Working closely with the CMO and a roster of specialist agencies and consultants, you will also be supported by an in-house designer for web design and video editing. You will drive awareness, agent adoption, and home buyer engagement. As Oskar grows, you will work with the CMO to build and resource a wider marketing team against forecast growth.
