Marketing Manager – Uzbekistan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field,

• Experience in marketing, preferably within the food supplements, OTC, pharmaceutical, or related industries,

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and brand management,

• Experience in market, competitor, and consumer analysis,

• Experience in product launch and brand development processes,

• Experience in marketing budget and agency management,

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work closely with Sales and Commercial teams,

• Willingness to take an active role in building and developing a new team structure,

• Preferably fluent in English,

• Fluent in Uzbek and/or Russian,

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills,

• Motivation to work in an international environment and contribute directly to the growth of a new market structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and periodic marketing strategies for the Uzbekistan market,

• Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category analyses to identify growth opportunities,

• Develop brand positioning and communication strategies in line with local market dynamics,

• Adapt global brand strategies to local market needs and consumer insights,

• Plan and manage marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and brand performance,

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources,

• Analyze market research and consumer insights and translate findings into actionable brand and product strategies,

• Plan and coordinate new product launches and ensure successful adaptation to the local market,

• Plan and coordinate product launches, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities,

• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and other external partners,

• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives,

• Track marketing performance through relevant KPIs and prepare regular reports,

• Contribute to the development and coordination of marketing activities for CIS markets.
