Product & Brand Designer (UX/UI)

We’re expanding our product and brand design capability, and hiring a UI/UX Product & Brand Designer to join our team in Cape Town.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a hands-on designer who can work across product design, user experience, brand identity, graphic design, marketing assets, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

We are looking for someone who can design clean, modern, intuitive digital products while also supporting the broader visual identity of the company. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, fast-moving, technically curious, and excited to build inside an ambitious technology company operating in the digital assets space.

Key responsibilities include:

• designing user interfaces, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and product flows;
• improving the usability and visual polish of digital products;
• creating brand, marketing, pitch deck, presentation, and social media assets;
• supporting design systems and visual consistency across products;
• collaborating with product, development, marketing, and leadership teams;
• using AI tools to accelerate design, research, prototyping, and creative production;
• improving internal creative workflows and templates; and
• staying up to date with modern design, AI, and automation tools.

We are looking for someone with:

• strong UI/UX and graphic design ability;
• a strong portfolio showing product, brand, and digital design work;
• proficiency in Figma;
• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools;
• experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar;
• strong attention to detail;
• the ability to work quickly without compromising quality;
• good communication and collaboration skills; and
• a genuine interest in joining a long-term, high-performance team.

Experience in fintech, digital assets, Web3, startup environments, motion design, video editing, Framer, Webflow, Notion, or design systems would be advantageous.
