OVERVIEW

At Orion, we are seeking a Product Designer to support clinical portfolios for a healthcare enterprise. This remote opportunity focuses on creating user-centered experiences for clinicians and staff.

OPPORTUNITY

SALARY (W2)

$135,000 – $145,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating conversion engines focused on top-of-funnel engagement and awareness-to-engagement conversion.

• Focused on clinical applications and transformation

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Revamp Website & Platform, working on large-scale .com websites.

• Projects include new applications, EHR integrations, and AI design exploration

• While research remains a key component, there is an increased emphasis on design experience

• Portfolios should include web application design examples to ensure alignment with current project needs

KEY EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of professional experience in research, service design, systems thinking, and/or product design

• Strong research skills – qualitative methods (interviews, shadowing, workshops)

• Experience with RFP processes and knowledge of CMS platforms, including current experience with Sitecore and potential future platforms like Optimizely or a Headless CMS

• UI/UX design – application design, user flows, Figma

• Documentation – detailed flow diagrams, concept testing, usability testing

• Experience designing AI applications (e.g., generative AI, predictive models)

• Medical/clinical terminology knowledge including tools (Figma, FigJam, Google Suite, Jira)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
