Hey you --
Yeah, you. The one sipping coffee and scanning this with one eye while mentally rewriting a subject line that just didn’t land. Maybe you’re between meetings. Maybe you’re wondering if there’s a place where your knack for building beautiful user journeys actually helps people.
If that’s you, maybe take a sec before you open another tab (we see you 👀). Take a breath. Because we think you might be the person we’ve been looking for.
We’re Origin—and we’re here to transform care for women and all individuals with vaginal anatomy with thoughtful, whole-body physical therapy for pelvic health, postpartum recovery, painful sex, and so much more. It means showing up for people in a way they’ve never experienced in healthcare before.
We’re looking for someone who gets it—someone who knows that the words we send, the journeys we build, the timing and tone of our outreach... it all matters. We're not just trying to fill inboxes. We’re trying to fill gaps in care.
So, if you’ve ever thought:
🧠 “I love lifecycle marketing, but I wish I could use my skills to actually help people.”
💬 “I wish my job felt more human, more creative, more connected.”
🌱 “I want to be part of building something that truly matters—especially in women’s health.”
If that's you, and you think we sound pretty great too, maybe there's a reason you haven't opened that other tab yet, and you should keep reading to find out more.
What We’re Hoping to Build—With You
This isn’t a solo act. You’ll work with our Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the minds behind our clinical care, content, product, and provider teams. You’ll take insights from real patients (not personas), and craft journeys that feel like being cared for—not marketed to.
Yes, you’ll be running email and SMS campaigns. Yes, you’ll be building automations and flows. But more than anything, you’ll be helping us create a brand experience that feels like Origin: safe, beautiful, bold, and deeply human.
You’ll champion the full lifecycle:
We want you to think like a scientist, write like a poet, and show up like a friend.
This Is For You If:
And maybe you’ve been the patient, too. Or known someone who didn’t get the care they deserved. Maybe that’s part of why this matters to you.
💖 Because You Deserve Care, Too
At Origin, caring for others means caring for our team, too. That means benefits that support your body, your mind, your goals, and your glow-up. Here's what we offer:
💅 Premium Healthcare, on Us
We contribute to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help cover your in-network medical costs—like prescriptions, deductibles, and copays. Dental and vision? Gorgeous and included.
💸 Financial Glow-Up
401(k) with employer matching and student loan payment support—because debt is not the vibe, and we want you financially free.
🛏️ Time Off That’s Actually Off
Flexible PTO, 9 paid holidays, and extra wellness days to rest, recharge, or finally take that pottery class you keep bookmarking (that tab that stays open five tabs over from this one).
🍼 Family & Feelings Support
Paid parental leave plus access to licensed experts—from midwives and social workers to mental health support and neurodivergence navigation.
🎓 We Love a Lifelong Learner
Paid professional growth time and continuing ed stipends so you can keep leveling up without burning out.
🐶 Wellness + Woofs
Wellhub access for joyful movement, wellness days when you need them, and pet insurance for your furry co-workers.
📈 Stock Options = Skin in the Game
Let’s build something meaningful together—and let you share in the success.
🌈 A Final Word
We don’t want you to be “perfect.” We want you to be passionate. We want you to care deeply about the details and the people behind them. We want you to bring your voice, your questions, and your big ideas.
This role isn’t just about emails. It’s about impact. It’s about rewriting the way healthcare brands show up in the lives of the people they serve.
If that sounds like a role (and a mission) you could pour yourself into, we can’t wait to meet you.
