The role:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Marketing, Retail & Ecommerce the key function of this highly collaborative role is to support integrated marketing programs and boost consumer engagement and conversion in the Retail/Ecommerce Channel.

The Customer Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, and bringing marketing initiatives to life across Retail and Ecommerce partners. This role is primarily focused on Oribe Hair Care, with occasional support for the other Kao Salon brands in the channel as needed (Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk).

We ask that you have strong project management, effective campaign execution and optimization, and a high level of expertise within the digital and performance marketing space. Experience with luxury brand content creation, asset management, and Sephora marketing is required.

What You Will Do:

• Execute the strategic marketing roadmap across Prestige Retail and E-Commerce channel partners, identifying core areas of opportunity and creating holistic plans to drive business growth.
• Manage the implementation of best-in-class merchandising within the digital environment. Partner with local market customer specific teams to ensure assets are optimized for consumer engagement and conversion.
• Manage the reporting and analysis of marketing programs and country results across brands against KPIs to identify areas of concern and success while implementing optimizations
• Manage execution of strategic customer marketing activities (including strategic use of the customer's marketing toolboxes and features) and execution of initiatives for the E-Commerce and Prestige Retail Sales Channels. This includes distribution targets, merchandising (online and in store), visuals and support and co-op programming.
• Manage execution of marketing assets to ensure a specialized offering across channel segments (retail, e-commerce, field) while ensuring one holistic go-to-market message.

What you will need:

• 3+ years' experience in marketing across Luxury, Mass or Professional Beauty Environment
• Sephora marketing experience required
• Luxury, Professional Health and Beauty Experience preferred
• Degree in business and/or marketing with necessary professional experience
