Marketing Manager (Oribe Americas)

The role:

Reporting to our Marketing Director, you will help drive brand and product success regionally in the Americas Region (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Your role will also involve analyzing competitors, consumer trends and pull strategies, identifying future growth opportunities, while managing the day-to-day of global projects within Delivery and developing regional toolboxes for local teams and all channels for their adaptation and implementation.

The role asks for a consumer advocate, a beauty devotee and a collaborative professional who can work with different team members to increase revenue and strengthen our partnerships across all channels (Salon, Retail, Ecommerce, Export markets) and between Design & Delivery.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with marketing within the beauty industry in Retail and/or hair care or skin/body care.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and needs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
