About Organimi
Organimi is the purpose-built organizational charting platform that helps organizations visualize, manage, and share the relationships that matter. Our customers span HR, Operations, and Sales teams who rely on Organimi to plan, communicate, and make better decisions as organizations grow and change.
As we expand beyond our core HR audience into Sales and Ownership use cases, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help accelerate acquisition, activation, and conversion across channels. We’re seeking someone focused on emerging tools, including AI, to work smarter and uncover new growth opportunities.
The Role
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving measurable growth across the full funnel—from traffic and lead acquisition to trial activation and conversion—through experimentation, optimization, and close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution-oriented, and curious. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on strategy and priorities, partner with an Ads Specialist on paid acquisition, and collaborate with a Marketing Specialist on campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Own and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion (e.g. landing pages, onboarding flows, messaging, CTAs, trial experience).
- Translate high-level growth goals into testable hypotheses and clear experiments.
- Run A/B tests and iterative improvements to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Activation & Lifecycle
- Analyze performance across key funnels (website → signup → trial → conversion).
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, headline copy, and CTAs to improve visitor-to-register rate.
- Design and optimize the trial onboarding experience (checklists, tooltips, and guided tours that get users to their "aha moment") to drive time-to-value.
- Build behavioral email sequences triggered by activity (and inactivity) — engage, educate, and re-engage throughout the trial window.
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Own trial-to-paid conversion as a north star metric.
- Build upgrade nudges, paywall experiences, and end-of-trial urgency sequences.
- Analyze drop-off points and design experiments to address them.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Set up and maintain funnel reporting dashboards across all stages.
- Use tools like GA4, Search Console, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign and Mixpanel to inform decisions.
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for the Marketing Director and leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product to test messaging, positioning, and onboarding improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align on ICPs, lead quality, and win/loss insights.
- Feed conversion insights back to the Ads Specialist to improve lead quality targeting.
- Brief the Marketing Specialist on content gaps surfaced from trial behavior.
Experience We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience running experiments and optimizing funnels.
- Experience with PLG or trial-based SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing and product data.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Clear communicator who can explain insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a lean team with high ownership and autonomy.
Mindset
- High EQ + High IQ - High Ego = Our Best Candidate
- Curious and improvement-driven.
- Comfortable testing, failing fast, and iterating.
- Excited by ambiguity and growth-stage challenges.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multi-persona marketing (HR, Sales, Finance, Legal).
- Experience in HR Software Solutions or Sales Operations & Account Management
